Founder & CEO

Dual B.S. Marketing & Finance; M.S. IT from Rutgers. Multi-unit expansion & brand growth experience.

Mr. Li founded MOGAO Hospitality in 2020 after leading the expansion of Menusifu and Dunhuang Group. He also serves as Founding Chairman of the All-American Gansu Chamber of Commerce.
