PREFACE

In Buddhism, it is recorded that constructing Buddhist caves brings immeasurable merits. There is nothing that surpasses the merit of building Buddha caves.

The MOGAO Caves, beyond being a showcase of Buddhism to the world, also present rich scriptures and the cultural and aesthetic context of the time.
They have left precious marks on the millennium-old Silk Road of cultural exchange between the East and West. Over the millennia,
the MOGAO Caves have accumulated a fusion of cultural essences from both China and the West, enriching people’s choices in lifestyle,
belief, and dietary culture, from local customs to exquisite cuisines.

Ancient Buddhist practitioners often said that to focus on spiritual cultivation, one must first take care of oneself.
Food should be seen as a remedy for hunger, nourishing the body and sustaining the mind.
Our dietary culture has flourished into the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine today through the integration of various philosophies and the passage of time.

The MOGAO Hospitality Group inherits a millennia-old culinary culture, aiming to create delightful dining experiences and pursue culinary excellence.
Through refined dining settings, cultural representation, and the culinary artistry of masters, we blend Asian cuisine with Chinese aesthetic experiences,
promoting it worldwide.

Operations Strategy

The group drives growth through strategic investments, expansion, and partnerships.

01
Mergers and Acquisitions

The group acquires established restaurant businesses through exclusive off-market channels, focusing on companies with over 10 years of operation and annual profits above $500,000. Professional due diligence and acquisition strategies reduce risk, support asset appreciation, and target 300–500% returns over ten years.

02
Franchising

Through franchising, the group rapidly expands its brand influence and market reach. The group’s fast-food brands open up for franchising, relying on support from various departments to ensure consistency and stability in brand image, operational standards, and profit distribution. This is a key business for the group’s capital growth.

03
Company-Owned Stores

Through self-operated stores, the group maintains full control over brand identity, service standards, and product quality. Strong funding, professional management, market insight, and integrated marketing support successful expansion, enhance brand recognition, and build long-term customer trust.

04
Joint Ventures

The group forms joint ventures with local partners to share resources, leverage market expertise, and reduce expansion risks. Its investment funds also support related sectors, including food processing, distribution, restaurant technology, and management, strengthening the group’s comprehensive industry presence.

Development

& Vision

The MOGAO Hospitality Group, grounded in the amalgamation of millennia-old culinary culture, adopts a multi-brand and multi-concept strategy as its cornerstone. According to the needs of different demographics, we create diverse styles of dining brands to inject a fresh experience into the consumer market.

While the group invests in managing various dining brands, it is also gradually expanding its comprehensive group development center, forming a fully integrated food and beverage investment management group along the entire industry chain, from upstream management to central kitchen operations, franchise partnerships, banquet planning, group meal supply, canteen management, logistics maintenance, and training planning. Leveraging our research and development center for continuous innovation in product development and upgrades, standardizing ingredient preprocessing specifications, database management for warehousing and logistics, dedicated staff training, investment portfolio management, and operational assets, we provide high-quality and professional support to our brands and create stable and high-quality dining experiences for our customers.

By the end of 2025, the group aims to surpass 10 outlets and achieve a revenue of $50 million+.
By 2027, we plan to expand our operations to other major cities and commercial districts.
In 2029, we anticipate surpassing 25 outlets, with revenue exceeding $100 million and profits surpassing $25 million.
By 2030, we plan to complete our initial public offering (IPO).
